Obligations of ECO balance group members shall be regulated by the Rules for ECO balance group management that enacts HROTE with prior approval of the Ministry of Ministry of Environment and Energy and prior opinions from Croatian Transmission System Operator Ltd. and HEP - Distribution System Operator Ltd. Members of the ECO balance group are required to submit the data and documentation necessary for planning the electricity production for the ECO balance group in accordance with the Rules for ECO balance group management.
